Our 90 day program is designed to start before you quit, lead you up to your quit date and see you through the next three months.
Our program is a four part approach to tobacco cessation that includes:
1) Preparation
2) Encouragement and Support
3) Learning New Behaviors
4) Recognizing how difficult Quitting can be
Experts agree that the most successful way to quit tobacco is to prepare. In the first week you will physically and mentally prepare for your quit day.
When your quit day comes you will be ready with a strategy in place to combat cravings and feel supported.
Over the next ten weeks as you begin living a smoke free life, we will update you on the progress your body is making as it rejuvenates itself, and help you develop a new smoke free routine.
We recognize that quitting tobacco is not easy. In fact, it is a battle both of us have been through. But we also recognize that with a firm commitment and daily support, anything is possible.
