Getting Motivated was never so easy
Every morning I kick-start my mind, I crank up my exuberance, and I get excited about the new day. A funny thing happens when you're excited about your day; you'll find that your day tends to become exciting, regardless of the nasty people and negative situations that might arise.
I know that you may feel silly performing my rising routine, and I admit it's difficult to always get or remain mentally motivated to attack the day. That's why I also rely on a daily positive, action-oriented message to maintain my motivation mojo.

My motivation messages can be especially useful when your attitude has twisted and soured, and, as Zig Ziglar used to say, when your "thinkin' becomes stinkin." Or any time you're having a rotten day. Any committed optimist worth his or her weight in wisdom would admit that it's difficult to remain upbeat and positive when the critics and cynics are forecasting rain on your parade, or when you're tired or apprehensive, or when you've just suffered defeat or rejection. I have closely observed thousands of athletes in hundreds of game-day locker rooms in my twenty-five years associated with professional sports. And I cantell you that it was a rare sight to witness a win when the team or its key players expected to lose. Lose the negative attitude. Purge the negative environment. And shed the negative thoughts. Replace all of these with positive counterparts and you'll see an instant difference in your own attitude, actions, and accomplishments.

Pat Croce graced the cover of Success magazine as the first person to ascend from the training room to the boardroom of a professional sports team. His remarkable success as a physical therapist and pioneer in sports medicine to the colorful leader responsible for the resurrection of the Philadelphia 76ers as an NBA championship contender has been defined as one of the most amazing stories in sports history.
Through is business savvy, dynamic personality, and emphasis on customer service, Croce created Sports Physical Therapists, a sports medicine empire of 40 centers in 11 states, into a top-ten finalist for the prestigious Malcolm Bridge National Quality Award. Following the sale of his company, Croce focused his entrepreneurial spirit and indestructible positive attitude on the purchase of the NBA's last place team, the Philadelphia 76ers in 1996. His most recent role was as a panel judge on ABC's hit show American Inventor.
