Sustainability: Daily Tips for Green Living

“Once you establish how much you really need - every action should be aimed at not exceeding that threshold. This will empower self choice and efficiency.”

Sustainability

Sustainability is a term that you read in the paper everyday and hear politicians discuss at length but rarely does anyone take the time to stop and define what it means to really live a sustainable lifestyle.

Many ecosystems, including the ones we depend on for human sustenance, are in a state of rapid decline. The depreciation of these natural resources is a result of not only political and business mismanagement but also the overall lack of action by the general public. We are now faced with the question - how do we reverse the trend we started?

We all know that we can only change so much about the way the world's governments run or how businesses make decisions but what we CAN do is to ensure that every daily decision we make is at least viewed through a sustainable lens.

These messages will empower you to choose to act more sustainable. They will be small acts and changes in the way we view our lives and sustainability. We can make a difference by following these messages to a more sustainable society; not only for us but also for the generations to follow that deserve an equal chance to thrive.
